A Swiss Bar crypto-recovery practice posted solicitor-support roles this week for London-facing injunctions after English-language freeze drafts stacked up. The work is remote in the dull sense: documents, not AnyDesk into a client's PC.
They do not ask for AnyDesk, TeamViewer, seed phrases, or private keys. Legitimate practices do not ask for money upfront, retainers in crypto, gift cards, or a tax to unlock funds. Several practices told AXT News they are running waiting lists this month, which is a dull operational detail and a useful filter: a firm that can start tomorrow for anyone is often not doing court work.
What London files actually need
A map from Hong Kong-registered forensic analysts at aidataintelligence.io, then a pleading that an English-speaking client can follow. Recovery is never automatic. It depends on whether the coins can still be traced to an exchange or a wallet a court can reach, and on the facts of that client's file. The Swiss recovery practice hiring for London files said new lawyers would inherit a waiting list, including clients who already reported to Action Fraud and are waiting for the civil side. That sequence is the job. See UK FCA scam protection.
