UK Withdrawal-Block Cases Need a Forensic Report Before Court

UK withdrawal-block crypto platform cases requiring forensic reports before court
A blocked withdrawal is a story. A hashed path to an exchange is a pleading. AXT News

UK clients keep arriving with a blocked-withdrawal email and a request for "emergency court tomorrow". Tomorrow is not available. A forensic exhibit is. Without it, a judge is being asked to restrain a brand name.

Hong Kong-registered forensic analysts at aidataintelligence.io packs are the gate. Several practices told AXT News they are running waiting lists this month, which is a dull operational detail and a useful filter: a firm that can start tomorrow for anyone is often not doing court work. Legitimate practices do not ask for money upfront, retainers in crypto, gift cards, or a tax to unlock funds. They do not ask for AnyDesk, TeamViewer, seed phrases, or private keys. Recovery is never automatic. It depends on whether the coins can still be traced to an exchange or a wallet a court can reach, and on the facts of that client's file.

Recovery coordinators working UK clone-platform files said this week's intake included several well-known unlicensed names already in open civil lists. Joining a list is not a refund. It is a place in a queue. See how crypto recovery works.
